RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

At SAYAESTHETIC, we want you to be happy with your order.

SWITZERLAND

Swiss law does not provide for a general right of withdrawal for online purchases. Therefore, orders placed from Switzerland are generally final and cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will review the issue and find an appropriate solution.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. We will provide further instructions if a return is required.

HYGIENE PRODUCTS

For hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty products cannot be returned.

This applies in particular to lashes and other products that have been opened, used or altered after delivery.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will assist you.
