GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the SAYAESTHETIC online shop.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS AND OFFERS

SAYAESTHETIC offers beauty products including press-on nails, lashes and other beauty accessories.

All product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to lighting, photography and screen settings, colours and appearance may differ slightly from the actual product.

SAYAESTHETIC reserves the right to change products, prices and availability at any time.

3. ORDER AND CONTRACT

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The purchase contract is concluded when SAYAESTHETIC confirms the order.

SAYAESTHETIC reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, for example if a product is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled.

4. PRICES

All prices displayed in the online shop are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process before the customer completes the purchase.

5. PAYMENT

SAYAESTHETIC currently accepts the following payment methods:

• TWINT

• Bank transfer

For bank transfers, payment must be received before the order is processed.

If payment is not received within a reasonable period, SAYAESTHETIC reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. DELIVERY

SAYAESTHETIC currently delivers within Switzerland only.

Orders are generally processed and delivered within approximately 1–2 weeks.

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

7. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain SAYAESTHETIC products, including selected press-on nail sets, may be handmade or prepared individually for the customer.

For this reason, slight differences in shape, colour, design or finish may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

8. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Swiss law does not provide for a general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Therefore, orders cannot generally be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products, including lashes and other products intended for direct cosmetic use, cannot be returned.

If a customer receives a defective, damaged or incorrect product, they must contact SAYAESTHETIC as soon as possible after receiving the order.

Please include the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Products should not be returned without prior agreement from SAYAESTHETIC.

9. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product is defective or the wrong product was delivered, SAYAESTHETIC will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a suitable solution in accordance with applicable Swiss law.

Normal signs of use, incorrect application, improper handling or damage caused by the customer are not considered manufacturing defects.

10. LIABILITY

SAYAESTHETIC is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, incorrect application or failure to follow the product instructions.

The statutory liability provisions under Swiss law remain applicable.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content published on the SAYAESTHETIC website, including photographs, graphics, logos, texts, designs and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The use, reproduction or distribution of such content without prior written permission is prohibited.

12. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that their information must be processed to fulfil and manage the order.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

SAYAESTHETIC reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions where necessary.

The version applicable at the time the order is placed applies to the respective purchase.

14. APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions and all contracts concluded with SAYAESTHETIC are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
